Rates: 1 TWD = 0.05SGD
Agent fees: 10% of total item price in TWD (Taiwan New Dollar)

PAYMENT2(Taiwan airfreight + Local postage):
Taiwan airfreight (per item): *subjected to changes
Air freight ( $20 per kg ) - a woman top is about 200g : 0.2 x 20 = $4
Local postage
Normal mailing: $1.50/parcel without tracking options (take around 2 to 3 working days, 4 to 5 working days during festival season)
Normal mailing with Cert. Of Posting (COP) receipt: SGD$1.70, this is to prove that we had your packages shipped.
Speed Post: SGD$10 with package delivers to your doorstep. (spree-ers will receive parcel within a day)
Registered parcel: SGD$3 .50with package delivers to your doorstep. (spree-ers will receive parcel within 2 working days)
ROSEBERRY will not be responsible for any damaged or lost parcel using non-standard mailing. Thus, we strongly encouraged customers & especially those who order in large quantity/bulky items to choose registered mailing or Speedpost.
Awaiting Timeline:
- Awaiting supplier's reply: 1 to 5 working days
- Restocking of items: 7 to 30 working days or longer
- Air freight: 7 to 10 working days
- Local mailing: On working days only.
- Registered mailing: On working days only.
We’re not responsible for
- Wrong order & delivery address provide by customers.
- Wrong items, size & colors etc. sent by suppliers.
- Any flaw items sent by suppliers.
- Lost or damaged parcel during the shipment.

- No cancellation, exchange or refund is allowed once payment is made.
- Always remember to double check your confirmation order
- Please accept slight color differences due to different monitor resolution.
- The arrival time of the items varies, especially items under “追加” restocking, may take 1 to 2 months for it to arrive in Singapore. Do not place order if you are impatient.
- As the shipment cost for very few items is expensive. Therefore, spree-ers are to share/bear airfreight cost for sprees with quantity that fall below 5 items.
- We reserved the rights to make any changes at any point of time.
